The Blodgett 200-G-ES Zephaire Convection Oven includes all of the signature features that make Blodgett convection ovens reliable for years of rigorous use in the kitchen. Its extra depth baking compartment has a porcelainized / stainless steel liner and accepts (5) 18 inch x 26 inch standard full-size baking pans in left-to-right or front-to-back positions.This oven is constructed with stainless steel front, top and sides. Its doors are made of dual pane thermal glass windows and a powder-coated handle. The air in the baking chamber is distributed by a single inlet blower wheel powered by a 2-speed, 3/4 HP motor with thermal overload protection. The chamber is fitted with (2) halogen lamps and (5) chrome-plated removable racks. The oven's control panel features a Cook / Cool Down mode selector, a solid state (manual) infinite thermostat (200F- 500F), and a 60-minute timer.This product measures at 57 inches high by 38-1/4 inches wide by 36-7/8 inches deep. 50,000 BTU, cETLus, NSF, Energy Star qualified, Made in USA.
